Courses do not ship materials. Each course includes a detailed shopping list with safe substitutions and trusted suppliers.
How long do I keep access?↓
Self-paced courses include lifetime access to all future updates. Live cohorts include all recordings available for 12 months after the course ends.
What is your refund policy?↓
We offer a 14-day refund on self-paced courses if you have not completed more than 20% of the content. Live cohorts are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.
Do you provide certificates?↓
Yes, digital completion certificates are available for all courses. They are educational credentials designed to document your learning journey, not professional licensure.
Is soapmaking dangerous?↓
Lye is caustic if handled incorrectly. Every course teaches proper protective gear, correct mixing order, ventilation requirements, and spill response procedures to minimize risk.
When do cohorts run?↓
Cohorts run quarterly with live sessions scheduled across multiple time zones. All sessions are recorded and available immediately after each call.
Do you cover business topics?↓
Yes. Our advanced courses include pricing worksheets, labeling compliance, batch tracking systems, and wholesale strategies for micro-brands.
Is there a community space?↓
